It all began with an idea—and a dream. Over 30 years ago, Barbara “Basia” Jasek came to the United States from Poland with one simple goal: to live a happy, fulfilling life. That dream led her to discover a passion for health and wellness, and ultimately, to open Herbovit Nutrition Center, Inc. in the heart of the Chicago suburbs.
